How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 4–6 weeks ahead, especially for weekends, school holidays and party season. Last-minute magic does happen though — message us and we'll check the calendar.

How do I secure my date?

A $100 deposit locks in your date, with the balance due the week before your sleepover. Until the deposit is paid, the date stays open to other enquiries.

What if I need to cancel or move my date?

Life happens. Move your date free of charge with more than 14 days' notice, subject to availability. Inside 14 days the deposit is non-refundable, but we'll always do our best to find a new date for you.

How much does it cost?

$280 for up to 4 beds, plus $40 for each extra bed. That includes delivery, styling, setup and next-day pickup within 20km of Birkenhead. From 21–30km there's a flat $100 travel fee.

Where do you deliver?

We're based in Birkenhead, Auckland. Delivery, setup and pickup are free within 20km — that covers the North Shore, central Auckland, the isthmus and most of the near west, south and east. From 21–30km (places like Orewa, Kumeū, Papakura and Beachlands) there's a flat $100 travel fee. Further afield, get in touch and we'll quote your trip. How long does setup take?

Usually 60–90 minutes depending on the number of beds and add-ons. We confirm a delivery window with you the week before.

When do you pack down?

We come back the following day, typically between 9am and midday. We'll agree a time that suits when we set up.

How much space do I need?

Accepted Answer

Each teepee bed takes roughly 1m x 2m. Four beds fit comfortably in a space around 4m x 3m — most lounges and rumpus rooms work perfectly. Send us a photo of the room if you're unsure.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Clear the floor space where you'd like the setup, move any fragile items out of the way, and pop pets in another room while we style. That's it.

Can you set up outdoors?

Our setups are designed for indoors. We can style a fully covered, dry, flat area like a sleepout or enclosed deck — just check with us first, as we can't risk the linens getting damp.

What age is this suitable for?

Loved by little dreamers aged 4 and up. The setup is soft, low to the ground and gentle — including for grown-up kids at heart.

Can I mix two themes?

Absolutely. Mixing themes or asking for a specific colour palette is no problem with a little notice — just tell us what you have in mind.

What's included with every setup?

A teepee frame per bed, airbed and fitted sheet, duvet, cover and pillow, breakfast tray per bed, plus free delivery, setup and pickup within 20km.

Is the bedding washed between hires?

Accepted Answer

Always. Every sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase and plush item is freshly laundered between every single hire — no exceptions.

What happens if something gets damaged?

Accidents happen and small wear and tear is on us. Significant damage, staining or loss may incur a replacement fee, which we'll always discuss with you first.

Are food and drinks okay around the setup?

Accepted Answer

Water is fine, but please keep food, juice, slime and paint away from the teepees and linens. The breakfast trays are perfect for a morning treat once everything is protected.
